Staying active and healthy is vital for our bodies, our minds, and our overall quality of life, especially as we get older. Simply put, our bodies do not react in the same manner they did in previous years. As we age, it is important not only to stay fit, but to remain flexible and to work on strengthening our muscles and bones.
Exercise is also important for rehabilitation, and it helps prevent future injuries by increasing strength and endurance.
The health and happiness of our residents are two top priorities at Country Club Rehabilitation Campus. We understand that part of staying healthy and happy is getting regular exercise. All of our campuses feature fitness and exercise areas equipped with state of the art equipment. We also provide programs and activities that are designed to reach the fitness and health goals of our residents and their physicians.
All of our residents have the ability to join other residents and socialize, all while staying healthy and active.
