Memory Care Services Offered
Country Club is pleased to now offer Memory Care services to our assisted living residents. In addition to offering a safe, secure environment, for our residents with memory care needs we are dedicated to providing specialized care that promotes dignity, independence and a sense of community belonging. Our team of care providers receive specialized education and training focused on achieving the highest quality of life for our memory care residents.
All Country Club Rehabilitation Campuses are approved and certified by Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) to provide basic services and memory care services under the assisted living program. Each of our campuses is currently accepting individuals who are enrolled in the assisted living program or MyCare Ohio program if applicable county.
